New York crooner Doug Ferony keeps it orchestral and classy on his new single “Quando, Quando, Quando.” Ferony does a fine job interpreting and retelling the classic jazz/bossa nova track that was originally written in 1962 and went on to be recorded by everyone from Pat Boone to Michael Bublé to The Blues Brothers. Ferony is an Italian tenor in the vintage style who has a smooth and articulate vocal sound that will remind listeners of Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, and Dean Martin. He is highly skilled in this type of sophisticated singing and owns his spot at center stage as if he were born to it.

“Quando, Quando, Quando” is a sweetly-spoken song of desire and love that Ferony handles with the touch of a master. The arrangement behind him is lush, romantic, and happy, giving Ferony a gorgeous platform from which to put forth the wishes of his heart. He comes across as a man of respect with an authentic message of longing for his beloved and stands tall when compared to the old masters of this kind of high-level pop. Ferony transports listeners back to the days of tuxedos and martinis in a way they’ll want to experience again and again. Highly recommended.
