L.A. Sinclair’s new single “Acapulco Gold” is a smooth, dreamy, downtempo pop track that imagines what her American father’s life was like in the Acapulco that existed in the late 1960s. It envisions a simpler life than any of us live today and her soft-toned vocals seduce listeners into her atmospheric vision of those times. It’s also a strongly pro-cannabis song that communicates the positive experiences her father and millions of other Earthlings have had with the most important plant in the world.

The cut has a stony, long-past-midnight feel to it that does much to enhance L.A.’s tale of the mighty green. She’s an outstanding vocalist who knows how to make a slow burner like this simmer perfectly. A lot of listeners are going to bond with this track immediately, especially with the wave of marijuana positivity that’s sweeping the USA. Sinclair is definitely in the right place at the right time with this one and the song is expected to do extremely well. Burn one down tonight and let “Acapulco Gold” carry you away to a better place.
