Classically-trained pop vocalist Anna Azerli brings us her best self on her recent single “Love For A Day.” The song is a sweetly romantic mid-speed ballad dealing with love and longing that shines a bright light on Azerli’s outstanding voice and vocal tone. It’s rendered in a piano-centered arrangement that exudes confidence and class while giving Anna plenty of space to stand and deliver. That track features an instantly memorable chorus hook guaranteed to permanently install itself into the soul of anyone who listens. Azerli is the equal or better of any chart-topping singer out there and seems to be well on her way to an impressive career.

Azerli began her musical journey as an operatic protege at the Accademia Teatro all Scala in Milan, Italy at just 16 years old. She started singing pop music during the economic downturn of 2009 that shut down many opera houses and began forging her own style of modern dance/pop that has proven to be globally popular. A big part of her appeal resides in her streamlined vocal phrasing that never lets her considerable skills overtake her melodies and lyrics. She never over-sings and, as a result, her songs fully breathe and come to life. Pop fans looking for a new and substantial artist to follow will find Anna Azerli much to their liking. Expect to witness her achieve great things.
